Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

All Lumara lamps are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery across India. Total: approximately 8–12 business days from order to doorstep.

Are these lamps safe to use?

Yes. Every lamp uses a low-heat LED module that runs cool to the touch. Our PLA material is non-toxic and the electrical components meet standard safety requirements. We recommend using only the included or specified LED bulb.

Can I return my lamp?

Since every lamp is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp and we will replace it promptly, no questions asked.

What material are the lamps made from?

 Our lamp shades are 3D printed using PLA — a plant-based, eco-friendly material that produces clean, warm light diffusion. Bases use the same material with a denser print profile for stability.

How do I clean my lamp?

Wipe gently with a dry or very slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or excessive moisture. Do not submerge any part of the lamp.

Can I get a custom size or colour?

Not currently — our collection is curated and fixed to maintain quality. If you have a specific requirement for a bulk or interior design order, reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll see what's possible.

What if my lamp arrives broken?

Photograph the damage immediately and WhatsApp us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement. We pack carefully but couriers aren't always gentle — we've got you covered.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We currently ship within India only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.

Can I place a bulk order for a café or office?

 Yes — and we'd love to. Bulk orders of 5+ lamps get priority production and custom pricing. Reach out directly on WhatsApp to discuss.
